Role Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, resolving issues across critical enterprise systems, high-performance cloud infrastructure, and production-grade SaaS platforms. The role emphasizes AWS DevOps, cloud automation engineering, Terraform, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools for enterprise systems.

You will ensure system reliability, cloud performance optimization, production monitoring, and security compliance for high-availability environments. This position will also support enterprise SaaS deployments, containerized workflows, and automation-driven operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps, cloud operations, and AWS infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and cloud infrastructure
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, cloud provisioning, and automation workflows
  • Maintain high availability systems, cloud security best practices, and production-grade enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor cloud systems, production environments, and enterprise SaaS applications using observability tools
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable cloud automation, DevOps workflows, and high-performing enterprise systems
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security, FinOps, and production SLA requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years in DevOps, AWS cloud operations, site reliability engineering, or cloud automation engineering
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker container orchestration, Kubernetes, Terraform automation, and high availability cloud systems
  • Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure as code, cloud security, monitoring tools, and enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, scripting, and production-grade automation
  • Ability to manage high-availability enterprise environments, cloud performance optimization, and monitoring frameworks

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in cloud DevOps, enterprise automation, and high availability systems
  • Ability to manage multi-tasking, incident response, and production-grade cloud support
