Role Overview

• Position: Systems Engineer (Trainee)
• Experience: Freshers
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Preferred Location: Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Linux server administration and daily system operations
• Perform user and permission management in Linux environments
• Execute and maintain Shell scripting (Bash; Python optional) for automation
• Monitor and troubleshoot Linux system performance and issues
• Support secure access using SSH, firewalls, and basic networking concepts
• Collaborate with senior engineers on IT infrastructure and system support tasks
• Maintain system documentation and follow operational best practices

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems with hands-on Linux command-line experience
• RHCE Certification or Linux Administration Course – Mandatory
• Knowledge of user/group management, file permissions, and process handling
• Familiarity with firewalls, SSH, and networking fundamentals
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash (Python is a plus)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science or a related field
