The team delivers end-to-end governance, reliability, scalability, and security across the entire application lifecycle while driving cloud-native adoption and DevOps excellence.

What You Will Accomplish

• Enable cloud-native application adoption by providing expert support, best practices, and solutions to eBay developers
• Collaborate with cloud engineers to triage and resolve complex distributed system issues
• Translate developer feedback into actionable platform improvements
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to build tools and automation for cloud administration
• Champion DevOps culture, CI/CD automation, and reliability engineering
• Improve developer productivity, platform security, and operational efficiency

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud schedulers, operating systems, and container platforms
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages
• Proven experience building automation tools, including solutions using GenAI
• Expert-level troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex distributed systems
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in high-impact environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong DevOps mindset
