Role Overview
Ericsson is hiring an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join its Global NOC and MFS Operations team in Noida. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure operations, DevOps support, networking, virtualization, and platform reliability engineering.
You will work across the entire solution lifecycle, including deployment, integration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise systems.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in networking, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, containerization, and enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure for financial services platforms
- Participate in 24/7 NOC operations and shift-based infrastructure support
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across networking, virtualization, cloud, and application layers
- Support new integrations, deployments, upgrades, and patching based on business requirements
- Work with multi-site, multinational, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure high availability, system reliability, performance optimization, and security compliance
- Handle customer-facing technical escalations with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and runbooks
- Travel on-site when required for critical infrastructure or deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or DevOps Support
- Strong expertise in Networking Fundamentals
- Mandatory experience with F5 LTM, GTM, and ASM
- Experience working with virtualization technologies
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM / GTM / ASM)
- Enterprise Networking & Security Fundamentals
- Linux / Unix System Administration
- End-to-End Infrastructure Troubleshooting
- Customer-facing support in enterprise environments
Technical Skills (Good to Have / High-Value Skills)
- VMware, ESXi, NSX-T
- Docker & Kubernetes (Container Orchestration)
- Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
