• Consolidate multiple data sources to deliver accurate dynamic communications to customers.

Development Responsibilities

• Develop scripts to enhance cloud reliability and automate processes.

• Collaborate with multiple teams on Oracle Cloud Service Centre initiatives.
• Use tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
