Role Overview
Sunsys Techsol is hiring a Cloud Support Intern passionate about cloud computing, infrastructure support, and modern IT operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, cloud monitoring, and security operations, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build careers in high-demand cloud engineering and DevOps domains.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring

• Assist in monitoring cloud environments for performance, uptime, and security
• Support proactive issue detection to maintain service reliability

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical assistance for cloud applications and services
• Help troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues

Deployment & Configuration

• Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Support cloud operations and lifecycle management

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with IT teams to resolve internal and customer queries efficiently
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities for operational clarity

Process Improvement

• Support optimization initiatives in cloud operations
• Help enhance system efficiency and management workflows

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with networking, servers, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn emerging technologies

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Understanding of virtual machines, storage services, and cloud databases
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools
• Awareness of cloud security concepts and operational best practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Final-year students and freshers are encouraged to apply
