Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and monitoring Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure
• Support deployment of applications and services using cloud-native tools
• Help configure and maintain VMs, storage, databases, and networking
• Monitor system performance, availability, and basic security alerts
• Assist with backup, recovery, and cloud documentation
• Work with DevOps and engineering teams to understand CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in troubleshooting basic cloud and infrastructure issues

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (VMs, storage, networking, regions)
• Beginner-level familiarity with Azure or AWS services
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
• Networking fundamentals – IP addressing, DNS, firewalls
• Willingness to learn automation/scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Good communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS / IT / related field
