Role Overview

BEEWORKS SOFTWARES is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the engineering team working on the Osfin.ai financial automation platform.

In this role, you will help build and maintain scalable SaaS infrastructure, cloud-native applications, CI/CD automation pipelines, and microservices-based architecture. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance deployment environments.

The role provides exposure to enterprise DevOps practices, infrastructure monitoring, database management, and cloud-based deployment systems, while helping shape the technical direction of the Osfin.ai engineering ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and release management of SaaS products
• Support the development of globally scalable cloud-native applications
• Maintain and optimize DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and automated deployment systems
• Oversee database management, scaling, monitoring, and backup strategies
• Perform continuous monitoring for infrastructure performance, scalability, and security
• Ensure high availability and reliability of production environments
• Work with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Support cloud infrastructure automation and system configuration
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define DevOps strategies and infrastructure architecture

Technical Skills Required

DevOps & CI/CD

• Strong understanding of DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD automation pipelines
• Experience with deployment automation and continuous integration systems
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and system reliability practices

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Experience working with Cloud Native Technologies
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Exposure to scalable SaaS infrastructure environments

Database Management

• Experience managing Oracle RDBMS
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MS-SQL)
• Ability to handle database performance optimization, scaling, and maintenance

Monitoring & Performance

• Experience with system monitoring, infrastructure health checks, and performance optimization
• Understanding of secure infrastructure operations and reliability engineering

Experience Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience in software development or DevOps-focused engineering roles
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud-based systems
