Role Overview

Nitroxen Tech is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud computing, networking infrastructure, IoT systems, and DevOps automation.

The candidate will assist in maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, IoT connectivity systems, and monitoring tools. This role provides an opportunity to work on real-world DevOps environments involving IoT devices, containerization technologies, and cloud-based deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Support

• Assist in managing cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure
• Support cloud resource provisioning and deployment processes

DevOps Automation

• Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
  • Git
  • Jenkins
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes

IoT Integration

• Assist in deployment and connectivity of IoT devices
• Work with protocols such as:
  • MQTT
  • Sensor-based connectivity systems

Networking & Security

• Support configuration and maintenance of:
  • Firewalls
  • VPN connections
  • Network access controls

System Monitoring

• Monitor system performance, logs, and infrastructure health
• Ensure application availability and uptime

DevOps Tools

• Basic knowledge of:
  • Git
  • Docker
  • Jenkins

Operating Systems

• Comfortable working with Linux environments
• Basic Shell command knowledge

IoT Technologies

• Understanding of IoT architecture

Networking Fundamentals
