Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the platform for incoming DevOps-related learner doubts
• Claim and respond to questions based on availability and expertise
• Provide clear, structured, and accurate explanations
• Conduct Text Help (THR) and Video Help (VHR) sessions
• Support learners in understanding real-world DevOps implementations
• Maintain consistency and quality in doubt resolution

Payout Structure

Base Pay

• ₹10,000/month (Applicable if at least 120 Video Help Requests are solved per month)

Per Request Earnings

• ₹40 per Text Help Request (THR)
• ₹100 per Video Help Request (VHR beyond 120 threshold)

Performance Incentive

• Additional ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 based on impact and performance
