The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in building, managing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and highly available systems while implementing best practices in automation, deployment, and cloud operations.

Role Details

Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: BDT 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
• Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Automate deployment, scaling, and operational tasks to improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application issues
• Maintain documentation for processes, deployments, and configurations
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth release cycles

Technical Skills Required

DevOps & Automation

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with Terraform / Ansible for IaC
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting

Cloud & Monitoring

• Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana

System Administration & Networking

• Solid understanding of Linux system administration
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Routing)
