Role Overview

Syntax is seeking a Cloud Operations Associate responsible for supporting and managing multi-cloud infrastructure environments. This role focuses on daily operations, server maintenance, and operating system-level management for both private and public cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with OS support teams and cloud infrastructure engineers to maintain system reliability, ensure optimal performance, and support enterprise cloud platforms hosting mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for multi-cloud infrastructure environments
